Using this website

The Florida Coffee Club sells specialty coffee and gathering essentials. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and pickup information when ordering.

Products and payment

Product options, availability, and current prices are displayed online. Orders and payment are handled through Shopify checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within Florida only. Shipping is free on all orders within Florida. Orders are roasted fresh on Monday and ship the following Tuesday. Local pickup is available in Sarasota; choose pickup at checkout and follow the instructions provided with your order.

Returns and refunds

All sales other than subscription renewals are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for those sales, except where required by law.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at your chosen frequency until you cancel.

Cancel anytime online through your subscription account or by emailing hello@thefloridacoffeeclub.com. Cancel before your next renewal charge to stop that charge. Cancellation stops future renewals.

A subscription renewal refund is available upon request within 24 hours after the renewal charge. Email your order number to hello@thefloridacoffeeclub.com. Canceling your subscription does not automatically request a refund.

After 24 hours, the subscription renewal is a final sale, except where required by law.

Hosting tools

Our free invitations, gathering plans, and hosting ideas are optional. You choose and manage your own gathering arrangements.

Email ideas and privacy

Joining our email list is voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal information.
